I have been getting reports about the videos
not displaying on the website. I have contacted technical support to try to resolve this matter. In the mean time, I’ve found that the best browser to use is Internet Explorer and you need to click on the Show Content button that pops up that says the browser is blocking the content due to security certificate errors. I am sorry that this error is occurring and hope to get the matter resolved soon. Thank you for your patience. Please let me know if you are still unable to view the homework videos with your device. I will try to make sure that students are still able to view the videos in class the next day if all options at home have failed. -Mr. Judy |
